I have always thought it would be so fun to get Bridal photos in front of  a waterfall. I am thankful that Susannah thought it would be a fun idea too. She was quite the trooper too and was able to get around in a wedding gown at a waterfall. Once I got her out there, she was so beautiful and the setting was so amazing, I just could not stop taking photos. We had a serious threat of severe thunderstorms. so I was a little worried it would not work out, and there would be no light. It seemed the clouds cleared and the rain held back just long enough for us to get the shots and get back to the car before the bottom dropped out. I would say it was worth it all.

The Madeja Family got together here in Asheville, NC for a family reunion. They had me come and get family reunion photos. I had so much fun taking their photos. We had some rain issues, but it all worked out in the end. I ended up photographing six children. Three infants, two toddlers and a nine year old.

Little Francis is a friend, and they were only in town for a short time. We wanted to get some photos but it rained every time we thought we could fit it in. I managed to sneak in about 15 minutes between raindrops. Before I knew it, we were all running for cover. I was happy to get a few that captures this sweet little boy.
